Absolutely excellent customer service and room has everything you need. You can also cook if you want to. All the pots and pans are provided. Wonderful experience. I would recommend it to anyone. Wow 5 stars.

I recently booked several staff in separate units in this motel, while they attended a conference at the Claudelands Sports Centre. The location was excellent, only a 10 minute walk to the venue. The accommodation itself was very clean, tidy and immaculately presented. The price was very reasonable and the staff were friendly. I would definitely book here again. The staff were also very efficient when making the booking via emails back and forth. The only issue is being a bit further away from the main part of the city, but it is still only a 25 minute walk.

We booked out most of the Brooklyn Motor Lodge for a large event recently. Jane was exceptionally helpful to our office and especially to the guests. They were each very impressed with the rooms and the hospitality shown to each of them over the weekend. We will certainly be recommending the Brooklyn to our people again!
