I almost broke my teeth with a rock in the pizza and they said it was nothing! Just watch the video and you can hear the sound of the stone. These problems can happen, I believe, but the way they solved it makes a lot of difference and I will never came back. Don't go there! Very bad service!

We were mislead inside by the lady at the door, telling us that their 3ft Pizza could be done as a gluten free base (Only reason we went in really), alongside being handed 4 of their $5 off vouchers.
As soon as we were seated, we were told that we couldn't get the large pizza as GF, and our choice was narrowed, once again.
We discussed with the waitress about getting 3 GF pizzas, using 3 vouchers on them and 1 voucher on a Pint. It worked out as being similar pricing to the 3ft pizza we originally entered the venue for, and around the same size.
As we went to finalise the bill, we were told only 1 voucher per person could be used.
Not too sure if they're all just making up their own regulations as they go, or half of them don't know what's going on.
Misleading customers from the get go, to reroute them from Fergburger.
First and last for me, I'll continue to Fergburg over Pizza anyday.

Went here numerous times during my stay in Queenstown. Delicious cocktails, pizza and pasta! The best garlic flatbread!! So glad I went here over Fergburger just next door

The 2 for 1 medium or large pizza (you have to add 2 drinks) is of good value, there is a lot of choice and the pizza's are alright. The waitresses were very friendly and also helped us find a store in town. Thanks!

great music, great drinks, but the crowd is just not there. Not sure if its because its underground but we've gone twice and the dance floor has a whole 5 people. disappointing to say the least

WARNING: DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS! I'm no stranger to the service industry as a patron and worker, and believe me this is a sad excuse for a bar, pub, club, restaurant or any other sort of dining establishment. They have overpriced drinks, the mixed drinks are weak at that. Their "flat bread" is a fowl excuse for pizza or anything else edible. They have a tendency to kick male customers out regardless of their level of intoxication, I was personally kicked out after my second beer and was told I was not allowed back in to grab my jacket or passport. The bouncers they hire are meatheads concerned entirely with getting a better ratio of females to males instead of safety or protocol. I've stood outside and seen them separate the men from sober couples trying to get in, allowing only the females in for no apparent reason. The bouncers here do the bidding of a malicious management with a grin on their faces, they take pleasure in ruining the nights of foreigners without shame. The ONLY good thing about this place is the promoters -- they were good enough to trick me into spending my hard earned money here. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

With a discount coupon and 2 for 1 promotion, it is still not a good value. The taste was okay, but thier pizza was so tiny (they called "medium size") you can finish your pizza within 3 bites!
