  This place was by far the best hostel I've stayed at in New Zealand. It had all the signs of quality: great shower pressure, quilted toilet paper, handicap access and bathroom, free herbs and spices, an attached pizza place!!!!!! Absolutely loved our stay here!

  Friendly staff with a real homely feel. Tastey pizzas available downstairs at the resturant. Small town so everything is close by too

  Lovely quaint little backpackers more like a family home. Very clean and tidy with a big double sided fireplace in the lounge. Right in the heart of town. Nice modern bathrooms too.

  Great owners, always friendly staff. Lovely little touches everywhere that just show it's run by happy people who care, not just people looking at business, makes for a happy home. Great atmosphere.

  Friendly owner and relaxed atmosphere. All the facilities you would want from a back packer. Child friendly. With splendid pizza available from a small, attached restaurant.

  Great place to spend a couple of night. Feels like a home with great amenities, and a great fireplace too. Electric sheets were a nice touch. Hosts were great also. I would definitely recommend staying here.
