James and the team provided excellent service and a great range of wine and beers. Food was excellent!

We were highly disapointed when having lunch here on Saturday, a couple of weeks back. The place was maybe 1/3 full & the wait on the food was the longest i have ever experienced. The servers were attentive and friendly and that is the most positive thing i can say about the place. The salt & pepper squid was ok - after over an hours wait for it anything would have been devoured by us - we were starving. Mu friend who got the steak had to send it back as it was too rare. The chefs needed a kick up the arse, they let the rest of the staff down by being so painfully slow. Will never return here.

We have been waiting here for 45 minutes to be served breakfast, and when we asked about it the waitress didn't even have the decency to come back to us. Unfortunately I had a grabone voucher which I will never use because I will never go there again, and tell everyone about it. One of the many cases when the customer gets screwed over.

Really great little place serving a good selection of beers, wines and spirits. Their Riesling was incredibly sweet, so changed it for a dark beer. They also have some nice spirits.

I'm sorry but today was the worst service I have received in my life
We asked a polite simple question as the menu we viewed on grab one was different and the girl was rude and didn't really care
Chief was nice enough to make somthing that I could eat but we had a voucher off grab one for 4 only 3 attended had no problem even wanting the 4th meal we just thought we could order what was advertised
No one came back to offer more drinks or coffees
Left and went to another store to spend our money instead
As we felt very uncomfortable

Been here about 10 times as location is very convenient. Good selection of tap beers. Average food that's overpriced. Service is very hit and miss.
Last visit my partner and I sat at one the restaurant tables for nearly 15 minutes without any anyone even acknowledging us; despite trying on numerous occasions & the place being mostly empty. The table was also half cleaned and was coated in a cleaning product of some kind.
Will not be returning & veto the place when it's suggested amongst friends.response / report this review
