My nails have never looked better! Very friendly and professional staff that bring you a cup of tea or coffee. I’ve been going to Kathy for manicures for a year now and always love the results. Highly recommend.

Went today without knowing what I wanted. After informative discussions with the owner, I left with not only beautiful nails but with a wealth of knowledge about how to care for them etc and some great handy hints. Totally recommend this place to get good quality nails and even better service!

Messaged to ask about their services but just got the impression of unwillingness to answer simple questions . Given multiple prompts a little disappointed after seeing all these positive feedbacks to receive ZERO replies.

I have had my nails done for over 15 years and used a number of products. The LCN nail system is well worth the investment. I also recommend it be used alongside a shellac polish for extra long wear and durability. Kathy and her team, are dedicated professionals who know their stuff. She has made some great recommendations and is very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended.

I appreciated them being able to fit me in on such short notice, however I felt that for the $80 pedicure I paid for it was mediocre. In the pamphlet it outlines the treatment taking 60mins, because of the massage and extra care for paying for the upgraded service. All in all the service took about 45minites, and that's including the time it took to apply the polish. I opted for the more expensive version obviously because I wanted the extra pampering. Once I got home and had a closer look at my toes I realized at least one extra layer of polish should of been applied you can basically see my nail through the polish. I was going to book a wax and manicure through them but at the end of the day I just felt ripped off and over charged.

Had my nails done, gel tips, was so impressed with them, they look incredible. The boutique is super friendly, welcoming and made me feel like I was a returning customer on my first visit. I was very impressed with the lengths taken to ensure a complete hygienic environment. Also staff are very knowledgeable about their roles and products. I for one will now be a life long customer. Complete strangers are stopping me about my nails :)

Had my eyebrows shaped, very accomodating and a wonderful experience. Was very pleased with how my eyebrows turned out. The lady who shaped them was very nice and offered to redo my eye makeup afterwards.
