Have always been happy with my hair colour at Buoy. Arrived after a bit of a hair nightmare at another salon and Lisa Noble fixed it right up. I would thoroughly recommend her as a colourist. They don't try to upsell products and treatments, and they have beauty treatments on offer as well.

Wei cut my hair and it was the worst haircut I've ever received. I've loathed looking in the mirror since this haircut. I've resorted to hats and scarves to cover it until it grows out which will be a while. My hair was quite literally butchered. The back looks like a drunken barber lopped it off. Not a pretty sight. He did not take into consideration the shape of my face when cutting my hair and just kept cutting and cutting until it was too late. Then he piled on lots of product to "style" it. At first I thought maybe after I wash it and play around with it at home it won't be so bad. But it was after I washed it that I truly realized how much damage he'd done. To make matters worse, I noticed that his cutting implements were filthy and full of other people's hair. I will NEVER return to this salon. Whenever I have to walk by the building the thought of what happened to me in there fills me with fury. To anyone thinking of trying this place, beware of Wei.
