First class service, the hostel is amazing, better than those pictures in the website, the kitchen is big and well equipped, good toilets and showers, rooms are warm and cozy, there is a warm room to dry your clothes, one spa pool, there is a game's room with tv, ping-pong and snooker, and one amazing "Narnia's room" inside of the wardrobe at the game's room where you can watch movies.

Hidden gem with a small hot tub, multiple common areas and a cool vibe. Almost had a cabin/ hostel combination feel to it. Was there on a slow night and staff upgraded us to a bigger room.

Great spot to visit the park due to the National Park Shuttle. Good kitchen facilities. Best to bring your own sharp knife though.

Good clean hostel. Helpful and friendly staff. Great place to stay if doing the Tongariro Crossing. Shuttle service picks you up from the hostel.

Run of the mill backpackers lodge. Came during low season. Probably the only guest? Toilets were clean, and free wifi part of booking. Internet speeds were ridiculously slow making it useful mainly for whatsapp only.
