Even though we went there during end of November, we really enjoyed it. There are three different pools with different water temperatures. There are pay as you go lockers available as well as limited number of pigeon holes near the pools for the towels. There is ample free parking. Price seemed reasonable. And there is a nice little cafe inside the premises as well. Lifeguards are on duty. Not that u would need any in the 3 or 4 feet pools. All in all a nice hot spring pool area with a nice view of Lake Tekapo.

Hot pools have something for everyone except no slides. Ice skating has good hire service and free safety helmets. Tubes a lot of fun for the kids. Quite expensive and cafe needs better selectiin and redesign.

Great sauna and hot pools, nice to have a quiet adults only pool. Reception staff could have been friendlier. Awesome how you could go away and them return without paying extra!

Pretty expensive considering what it is. Also, too many kids being raucous in the second hottest pool; more segregation of children from adults should occur .

Open changing rooms without options for privacy seem a bit outdated and simply not appropriate

Beautiful place. Warm water, best place to go during the winter and when it's been snowing. I like that there is a pool just for adults too. Sometimes it's nice to just get away from the young ones.

Not just any hot springs, but perhaps one of the best you'll ever visit!

Featuring a few pools of different temperatures and formations to suit most peoples needs - even for the kids.

The family friendly clean facilities along with nice staff compliment the terrific experience you'll surely have here. Affordable and good value for money along with a gorgeous unforgettable backdrop that will leave you in awe.

Got can't beat the outlook over Lake Tekapo. Pools range in temperature with an audits only pill so is slightly quieter than the other pools. They also have ice skating, and a great bar and cafe. Almost $100 for our family.
It's a shame they chlorinate the water, so I guess not natural springs as they tell you about? Perhaps this was only added for the time we visited?

Good spa for a day with several outdoor pools. Sauna area could be larger only one finnish sauna and one steam sauna. But overall worth the price.

To be honest: we were looking for a shower. That's why we drove to lake Tekapo Campground. But instead spending our money there, we had a day at the springs, had pools, sun, showers and even some money left. Instead of staying at the campground we went to a free campground just 10 minutes at another lake. Was a good bargain for us :-).
The springs are clean and its nice to have different hot pools. It offers some lake views but not while lying in the pools. What the definetely should improve are deck chairs (there are only 3 (three!)) or Amy other possibility for lying at the pools.
There are no kids allowed at the hottest pool which is great from everyone. For those with kids there are 3 more pools left, for those who are looking for a quot place this pool is the place to be. There is a huge slide for kids but that's a bit to expensive (from a backpacker view).

Staff is absolutely kind and lovely and they'll try to help where they can.

Wonderful place. Good views of the lake. Good changing facilities with showers and lockable storage $3, even a machine to take the water from your swimsuit. sauna, steam room and spa treatments are available for extra charge. All the pools were variant degrees of very warm. Cafe here also. Lovely place to visit whatever the weather. Very relaxing.
