Very friendly & helpful staff. Chosen the twin with ensuite. Nice view from the place too. Took a pic of the stars.

Staffs are very kind,rooms are bright and beds are nice.It's good to see stars walking down the centre.
But it only has one toilet and showroom that doesn't really make sense.And it's too crowded in the kitchen when it is full house.
They have cute and huge bunny in their garden.

Wonderful place, James it's always willing to help and explain the activities you can do in Tekapo. You can hike to Mt John, watch the shiny stars, take a walk in the coast of the lake or ride a bike.

Beautiful place for fishing too!

Room, price, bed fine. Cooking facilities could be better. Only 2 cooking pits for everybody.

Great hostel. Comfortable beds, beautiful kitchen. Right next to the center of town. The staff was really friendly and gave us a great tour of the place.

Stayed here a night and was one of the best places we've ever been. Super comfortable beds, great kitchen, warm fireplace and nice staff. Even with lots of other people visiting it felt quite relaxed. would stay again !

In Winter one of the best hostels because it was isolated and warm rooms. We had a 2-bed room for ourselves. Very friendly staff and clean kitchen/toilets. Also only few minutes walk to the lake. And its the cheapest hostel in the very touristic tekapo village. So you get the best for your money there. We love it :-)
