The first room they gave me was a mess and the bedding had been taken by one of the other guests, but they changed my room without any problem. They building quality wasn't great but it was clean. The kitchen seemed to open late and close early so if you try to do morning activities you can't use them at all. It seemed like this place was set up for car camping and as a motel and they just added backpackers dorms as an afterthought

Beautiful location and the best facilities I have ever seen. Unfortunately we stayed at the same time as a certain group of tourists and they absolutely trashed the place. Left everything filthy and woke us up before 6 am. Otherwise I would totally recommend this Holiday Park but I didn’t want to stay another night at that time. It’s very sad when you see that other people don’t acknowledge what a Holiday Park has to offer and don’t respect other people.

Beautiful location, great views of the lake and mountains. Quick access to town and Kepler tracks. Affordable price. Helpful staff to give advice on activities. Bed a bit lumpy but manageable. Units got a bit hot during the day but weather was unusually warm for spring.

Room was efficient, nice to park right next to room. Bathroom entrances facing our room were closed, so we had to walk around the building to get to the other bathroom entrances. Convenient location. Kitchens were good sized, but no common resources such as utensils, plates, cups, bowls.

We spent two nights here in our campervan. Lovely view overlooking the lake and the ground has lots of flowers and trees, so even if it was very busy you wouldn't feel like your on top of each other. Its an easy, flat ten minute walk into town along the side of the lake and the town has lots of eateries, supermarket and shops. Facilities are spotlessly clean and showers are hot. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

We stayed for a night after leaving Milford Sound in a powered campervan site. The girls at front desk were very friendly and suggested putting us next to the kids play park since we were traveling with young kids. The play park was well maintained and our kids loved it.

The facilities for cooking and eating dinner were well thought out and very clean. Family bathroom was a nice surprise, with a spacious room and bath tub too!

This park is very well run and maintained, highly recommended for families in a campervan. One of the best we have stayed in on our NZ adventure. Te Anau was a nice surprise stopover, Thanks!

Great affordable accommodation with comfortable, clean rooms. Be warned though, kitchen is not stocked, you have to bring your own utensils etc., this was not made clear to me and caused some inconvenience. Otherwise, great stay and friendly staff!

Facilities are clean and comfortable. The standard cabin is quite near to the toilets and shower however the back door is closed. So it is still a bit of a walk if you wants to go to the toilet in the middle of the night. Pots and pans are for hire so make sure you get them before the office is closed.

Love the room that we were in. The dining room was freshly refurbished with TV and a lot of tables to choose from. The kitchen was well appointed. Great service from the front desk and lots of parking space. It is a bit of a walk to the center of town but just a stone throw away from the lake shore.

On arrival, we were early, and asked about putting our gear into our cabin, sunny as to get on motorbikes and get into Milford. First girl wasn't going to help with the only option of leaving gear in office up to nine pm. We expected to arrive back later than this. No movement from her, Then lovely Aleisha, went out of her way to go check with cleaners. We were then allowed to get into our uncleaned cabin, to leave our gear. Thank you so much Alisha. I hope your boss knows what a gem they have in you. Only comment in cabin, is that the bed is very soft and roll together happens. Oh and none of the hairdryers in ladies bathroom works. Lovely place otherwise. Good feel to the place.
