Amazing consultation - TM Covers helped me solve a big problem with a large unusable outdoor space, they took the time to come up with a much better solution than I could have imagined. Their knowledge, ingenuity and product range is outstanding.

Very good company to work with. Incredibly creative & very knowledgeable about what type of products suit your job best. If they don’t think a particular option would be good for you, they will tell you. Would definitely use them again.

I sent an email regarding a quote and offer of some work , I received no response so rang them directly .
Secretary looked for the email and then said a project engineer was assigned and has a message to call me back .no call came so two days later rang again which went to voicemail . I left a message saying I had had no contact and that if they valued my business they should call meno contact still.

Very very poor customer service , basic rule
Of business is to at least maintain communication.
