  I've used Carl's services several times, including when there was a problem with my credit card company. this was time consuming for him and they were patient and helpful. I've had to change locations of delivery of the flowers and they were helpful. I really appreciate their professionalism and rapid response.

  The arrangement of flowers delivered by 'Flowers 4 Nelson' were beautiful. They were delicate and fragrant, and the choice of colours and textures really set the mood for the occasion they were meant for. Carl took the time to help with my choice of flowers and then took extra care to ensure they were delivered safely. Thank you Carl, they were lovely.

  I wish to express my appreciation of "Flowers 4 Nelson" for the flowers arrangement that you made and delivered to my friend in the hospital in Nelson. My friend was delighted with the flowers and sent me a photo of them. Best of all was the fact that you delivered it directly to my friend. Thank you for the great flowers and the special service.

  My daughter turned 18 - that's eighteen, today! My cousin, her aunt, sent her flowers from Hamilton. The image on the website from which her aunt chose, was titled "funky flowers". The flowers which arrived looked NOTHING like the image and indeed contained carnations and a single strelitzia (bird of paradise) making the arrangement the furthest thing from funky! When I sent her aunt a photo she was totally gutted and called Flowers4Nelson only to be told that they were under no obligation to send flowers anything like the image the customer has ordered and was indeed rude to my dear cousin. What started as a lovely gesture, turned into a disappointing and unfortunate incident. Needless-to-say, neither of us will ever use them again and I intend putting the two contrasting photos on my facebook for all my Nelson friends to have a good laugh and take note!. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!

  I want to thank Carl and Flowers 4 Nelson for such quick service. I searched thru many Nelson flower companies, but liked that Carl had an different variety of choices. As well, his little sock monkey soft toy was unique. I ordered a basket for a friend in hospital. We are in Australia, and Carl had it delivered in Nelson within the afternoon. On top of that, he took the time to send us a photo so we would know what are friend was getting. Excellent service. I will be using Flowers 4 Nelson again. As well, I loved the video Carl had done showing his love of creating with flowers.
