  Large clean neat rooms. Awesome spa and great views of the bay. Freindly and helpful reception. Would definitely cone back for another visit.

  Company sent me to work in Napier for a couple of week. During the day, a Indian lady from motel called and told me directly 'You need move out'. I have no clue what happening and ask why..do i need move out now? Im in the work. She was so implitely said yes and asked she will take my things to move into another room immediately. Terrible customer services and so rude during the conversation.
  
  The room is dark, small and had loud noise from level two until 11pm. The bed cover looks like never changed and smelly.
  
  Absolutely not recommonded.

  Best motel EVER! Spa in our own room with a TV and super friendly staff. Only a few minutes walk from town and just across the road from the beach. Right across the road from savemart

  Stayed at the Shoreline a few times and always enjoyed it. Well appointed, clean rooms across from the front and a short walk to shops and restaurants. Big, comfy beds and a large spa in the room.

  Slightly dated but aren't most motels? Clean and comfortable. Staff lovely. Well worth staying there, I would happily recommended it.

  Was only here for one night, but everything was in order. Expect a bit of noise if your room is near the metal stairs to upper floors. Otherwise, a comfortable stay :)

  Very well located with an awesome view on the parade. The room was very comfortable and with a jacuzzi. There a car park. We stayed one night and it was lovely.

  normally a great place to stay BUT our last experience WASN'T great! we found dirty used plasters in our bed. and management were very blase about it! refusing a refund for this stay and offering a discount for next stay! SERIOUSLY why would we return when no responsibility was taken by shoreline motel management!
