  Hana the new Owner of Riccarton House of beauty is absolutely wonderful and i wouldn't hesitate to proudly promote her business. I have been going to Hana for awhile now for several different services and by far i wont be going anywhere else.
  Always welcomed and always feel like i am well looked after.

  Experience and client interaction: Great
  Results: Not so great. I ended up pulling my eyelash extensions out because they looked so bad. Instead of using individual extensions, it seems like I was given the eyelash flares so they would go crooked all of the time. The base where they were applied was also extremely obvious they just looked fake. The glue was applied so generously that you could see it, and blinking, closing my eyes, and even sleeping was painful. I was doing a lot of swimming while I had them, so every time I would surface and brush the water from my eyes, I would wince in pain. I even went back to have some of the glue cleaned up the day after application, but not much was done. My fault for not doing research.

  Horrible ! We made a booking for my aunt that was here on holiday and the lady even said she was double checking that she's got the booking right. When we arrived they told us there was no booking ever made and couldn't give us a refund straight away. I find that very bad service. I will not go back and make sure all my girlfriends know about it.

  I visited this salon for a full body massage today. Jacky was the massage therapist and she did a wonderful job-I would rate it one of the best massages I have ever had. She gave a great deal of attention to what she was doing- plus gave a a true 60 minutes of hands on treatment. ( Well done and I will be visiting again when in Christchurch)

  We went to have a mani and pedicure. They did a great job, very friendly and chatty staff. The clinic was bright and modern with lots of parking out the back. Would recommend to others
