  Operation during lock-down is an absolute shambles:
  - People lining up by the entrance so you walk shoulder to shoulder as you exit.
  - People lining up all over the footpath.
  - Chemists coming in very close contact with people in line
  - All customers initially signing in with a shared pen.
  
  People are coming in straight from the hospital and there are a huge amount of vulnerable people who visit here.
  
  Possible solutions:
  - Cone to highlight start of line
  - Chalk outline on footpath (to ensure customers line up against building)
  - Chalk outline for 2m distancing
  - All prescriptions to wait outside.
  
  Go here often and I'm usually happy with the great service so will update this negative comment once action is taken.

  A month ago I bought some meds from you guys and the box cost me $16. Now its $26. Shame on you for taking advantage of people during this difficult time. I Have reported this to the ministry of business, innovation and employment as this is consider3d price gouging !! SHAME ON YOU!!!

  Went to buy the medicines, I am surprised to see other products as well, like one stop shop, very convenient. Staff are resourceful and make you feel welcomed. This shop is my favorite shop. Thanks to the staff.
