Almost as cute as the Matamata i-SITE! All the information you need and the bus stops outside have plenty of seats. All tours pick up from here, as well as intercity and Manabus. The tower is the best for navigating around the city and they are renovating so it will be massive I'm sure.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff at this visitor centre, and venue is an excellent waiting spot for the intercity bus stop because it has a cafe, toilets, souvenir shop and paid luggage storage so you can safely leave your items there if you want to wander around town after you have checked out of your hotel but still have a few hours before your bus arrives.

A lot of tours start here and bus stops also. It's a very convenient center with an indoor gift shop and travel center. Also there's a little cafe with the best hot chocolate ever! This is a good place for tourists to get ideas on what to do. I would recommend to stay close to here if traveling here.

Tonnes of info about Rotorua and what to do. If you have just arrived and have no idea what you are doing, this place is great for getting suggestions. This is also the place you would have shuttle service to many attractions. There are also showers here for 5 bucks and a 15 deposit. Can't say there are vouchers for activities though, so do some research when you see a few things you want to do!

Very busy inside and out, but we easily found all the information we required. It's important to note that parking on Fenton street is metered. I only had 10 cents which bought me a whole 6 minutes, which was just too short.
