  Good to stay with free spa, WiFi, car park. Rooms are clean and spacious with working kitchen in family rooms.

  Really tastelly modernised with lovely simple 2 tone white on dark brown with new carpet and new bathroom made this a really enjoyable stay. Great owner . Everything worked. Easy parking. Excellent value. Will definitely stay again when in Rotorua.
