Currently under new management for 6 months. Expected more amenities given the rate per night. However its wonderful to have a private spa.

room is good, toilet kind of old but clean, had a look before i go in also in the comment, i thought the motel looks just as bad as the reviews but it is not, cheap price i get what i paid for, i understand the owner does not like parties, in motel which they have to put a paper up telling people to clean up their giant mess, i know this because i used to work in a motel which you have to clean alot of mess( even the ones that stuck to the floor which make it worst).

If you are wanting a quiet place do not stay at Baden Lodge. They have permanent tenants living there with kids screaming around. Definitely not worth paying 109 bucks a night. Also the check in and check out services are terryfing. I do not recommend it at all.

Dated. Smelly. Made me feel ill. And they have the nerve to say they will charge you $200 if the room is messy. It wasn't up to par to begin with. Had to pay $68 to stay here for 20 mins.

dreadful. It was an unclean, unorganised shambles. Paint on all appliances, dirty old bathroom, not enough space for the bed, no bedside cabinet of lights, Some lights didn't work. The gap under the front door meant leaves blown in all night, messy grounds with paint equipment discarded on the site. Motel owner's level of English was too poor to be providing a motel service. He didn't knock before entering the unit. This would have to be the worse experience of a motel in NZ only gave it one star because I had too

It said it is 4 star, but. Was alot. Of things wrong with it. Hair on the bed, broken tap in b/room and dirty etc, There sign said Sky TV, 2 TV, Spa pool etc. What we got was empty dirty spa pool, 1 TV (unit was had upstairs room as well) with only 2 channels tv3 & Bravo. What was really annoying was got there, push waited no one, push again 5mins later nothing. Had to call out then someone can then no hello just run around inside/outside then upstairs. So it nearly 20mins to even start.

Dirty carpet, old facilities. The so called "spa" is very dirty and apparently no maintenance. Though the sign says 4 stars, but don't expect too much on this motel.
