The low rating is because I've had quality issues numerous times with products from here. The solutions given by Sagar was okay but the time and energy I wasted is not okay. Everytime I take a product back, which is not to it's standard, to the Papatoetoe store, i am met with a worker who's response is always "it happens always with you"like seriously.. It's not my fault that the product doesn't meet it's standards. Personally not a shop I would visit again.

We went here to buy a dress for my wife. Yes they do have plenty of options to choose to from. But it's bit expensive. So best time to buy Indian dress is when there is sale or offer. Good service though.

excellent and over the world service over the phone and via email as I am in wellington and they send pctures via email and over the phone service is just so good. they go over and beyond for their cusromer satisfaction as when I rang them it was past closing time thou the sales assistant (Sandhya) helped me thru regarless of sending the pictures as well in that time.
and shipping is just AWESOME overnight..just great..
DEFINATELY A PLACE NEVER TO FORGET WHILE IN AUCKLAND SHOPPING
