  Broke the home button on my iPhone7. They said they could replace it but did not have the part so took $20 deposit. I phoned Spark and they advised if I went with them the phone would no longer be under warranty. They did not mention this & told me my finger id would not work ever after replacement. I phoned them back & they said they would give me a glass screen protector but would not give me my $20 back. When I went to pick up the screen protector they denied any knowledge. Dishonest and would never go back. Any iPhone less than 2 years old should go back to an Apple approved outlet & they should inform you of this at the outset.

  they have no clue how to fix a iphone screen and just laugh when you take it back to get it re done.

  Bought replacement screen with frame already attached. Screen detached from frame 1 week later. Returned to Rockyyz and was told it was my fault and no way would they help me and They laughed at me when I quoted consumer guarantees act. these guys shouldn't be in business. I have a case waiting to be heard at the small claims court.
  
  Also they sell counterfeit products that are fake but have genuine logos on them.

  My brother took his phone here to get the screen repaired. Upon bringing it home he started noticing the sides popping out asking if it was normal. We were told he needed to pop them back in and it's a normal occurrence. Whilst walking up our driveway only three weeks after having it repaired the whole screen fell out and smashed on the concrete. Upon taking it back to here to be remedied and repaired due to faulty repair work we were laughed at and called liars and told that they would not repair the phone because it was broken. I would never ever come here to get anything repaired again, the customer service of this place is deplorable and they offered no such compensation or resolution to getting the phone repaired. My brother is only 17 and will need to save up for at least a month to now go get it repaired elsewhere. If giving zero stars was an option I would have chosen it.

  I decided based on a phone call to them among many other phone calls to repair companies to travel from Maraetai to Henderson to have my cell phone fixed.
  I found them extremely courteous and friendly on the initial phone call compared with the other calls to repair companies and when I got there I found the staff at Rockyz Mobilez Henderson were all friendly and very helpful.
  The repair was completed within the hour and at the very reasonable quoted price, they were true to the quoted repair costs of the phone with no additional bolt on repair expenses.
  I would have NO hesitation in going back to them for future repair’s even though it’s over an hours drive and huge traffic issues from where I live. Well done guys, keep up the good work – phone works fine - Many thanks

  WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Brought a "Brand new" screen off them to find out it was faulty. Tried to take it back but they said they don't do refunds on parts. Scammed me $200. Lying Theifs
