  From the first visit to the showroom to choose a bedroom carpet, through measuring and installing, I cannot fault the friendly and professional service from both Alex and Michael. Every stage was stress free and I am delighted with the product and final result. Highly recommended.

  We have had bad experiences with flooring companies in the past such as long waits, poorly laid products , huge messes to clean up after the job.
  Not so with Flooring First. They were first to quote. Their products were the best and their advice was excellent. Their price was the best with no hidden surprises, unlike others.
  They removed all existing floor coverings and their preparation work was outstanding and very thorough. The flooring arrived very quickly and was expertly laid. Their installers really knew what they were doing and they were very good to work with. Everything was cleaned up after the job and their boss even came out and planed a door that was sticking slightly and did not charge for this. The floor coverings that they installed are stunning, transforming our old cottage's interior into a beautiful modern home. There was a very generous discount for prompt payment.
  Flooring First Richmond are the best Flooring Company I have ever dealt with and I have no hesitation recommending them. They are by far the best and we have had considerable experience with a lot of rental properties to deal with over the years.

  I have no hesitation in recommending Richmond Flooring First for buying carpet.
  This is not a multinational company, it is privately owned providing service and expertise. The professional and skilled staff have knowledge about every kind of floor covering to equal anywhere else in the country, and offer the customer the service and advice they will greatly value

  Quality materials and expert installation work. My house has been transformed. The carpet is luxurious. The Lino lifts the look in each room.
  All work was completed in my absence. The flooring was vacuumed and ready for furniture. They left no traces of their presence.
  I'd highly recommend Richmond Flooring First and I would use them again.
