Fairly low standard and not 100% clean. Breakfast included is VERY basic. Owner was friendly.

Stayed here without checking reviews.. as not a lot available and in a hurry.. never again.cleaning not up to standard dusty dirt all around skirtings. My 6 year old found moldy bread and pizza still in it's carton under her bed.. shame could easily be clean and more up to date.. swimming pool dirty .. nothing like on website.. guy at reception acted shocked and said he would give his cleaner a good rev up but now I read these comments I think he wasn't surprised.. the owners house looked dodgy blankets up for curtains etc.. we bailed after one night

This is the dirtiest and most basic Motel accommodation I haver ever been in. Couldn't recommend anything about it.

This is a disgusting motel. Rooms are nothing like they are shown in the photos.
Cutlery mismatched, unwashed. Dirty unclean walls, cupboards, floors mould in the corners under bathroom sink.
The decor is so old cold and terrible. Then the owners use excuses they being updated.
Also owners dirty, hear her before seeing her, the old man smells like a drunk.
The son smokes, spits, and is always woman watching. What i believe are work and income people sit there smoking drinking and lazy.
Meant to stay a few nights but had insect guests crawling over us in the morning(cockroaches)
Got the run down of an inspection, so they racing around doing a tidy up.
Honestly the worst motel in this area certainly wouldn't recommend this to anyone it was a very bad experience.response / report this review -

Place is dingy owners are rude. They kicked me out based on made up accusations.. Owners son is shifty and hits on female guests

Frayed carpet and not the cleanest were not what affected my holiday as much as being given their worst room by far and told the rest were booked out for the 5 days we were there when they were not! Do not book and pay before you look at this motel.
