  A brilliant place to stay, warm and comfortable we enjoyed two nights in the two bedroom chalet. Very well looked after during our stay l recommend this as a perfect place to stay.

  The accomodation was Lovely and cosy. What spoiled it for us was the management was very rude. We travelled a long way from Queenstown in one day. We were tired and cold. As I was travelling for business as a comission rep i tried getting the best possible accommodation for the most affordable price. I range him by accident twice and he was so rude. We decided to stay at the lodge and when he came to greet us he was shirt tempered and shook his head. This morning we were 10 min late at checking out and we got rudely reminded of our 10 min delay. Dealing with customers grace, kindness and patience can go a long way. Will not stay again as being patronized is not cool.
