Rooms were lovely and clean, the spa bath was great too!! The heater worked a treat as it was quite cold when we were in rotorua!! Lovely staff also

Place is obviously an older establishment and there's a little wear and tear in the rooms, but the one we stayed in was extremely neat and tidy, beds were comfortable, sheets were beautiful and the facilities were up to a good standard. Very close to amenities and fast food places, ample and roomy parking. Personal hot tub was amazing. Reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again.

Motel was old and run down.
Bathroom, shower and toilet were tiny.
Very overpriced for what you get.
Only because the hosts are friendly they get two stars,
otherwise it would be one.

Nice Motel. People friendly and helpful. Bathtub in the bathroom was just great. Everything you need for a few days/weeks stay. Enjoyed the place.

Room needs a little TLC but otherwise meets all expectations, plenty of light. For me the bed was far too soft and like a trampoline - but each to their own. My only gripe would be that the electric blanket had one remote which means both sides either had to have it on or off - hard when one likes and one doesn't. Really liked the set up - spa bath was super, water needed to be hotte. Hosts were super nice - even gave a small bottle of milk not just those silly little container thingies. And then a lovely touch when we left - a box of chocolates - highly recommend this place, great location good parking.
