Dirty rooms, obviously not been properly cleaned for a long time: grime in all the corners, the skirting boards, the carpet, sticky floors, cigarette butts in the spa tub and the curtains didn't close properly. Thankfully the sheets and towels were clean

Dirt and grit under the bed, floor in kitchen sticky. Cigarette butts in the spa tub that is not even in use in the room. Curtains are stained and too small for the rails which leaves a gap when fully closed, so no privacy as people can see inside. A door missing for the corridor. No soap in the bathroom. Dishwashing liquid almost emply. Floor vynil ripped. Holed in bathroom wall. No power plugs near the bed. Sadly it being a public holiday, everythong else is fully booked so we don't have the luxury to leave. For $170 per night, we got screwed, and not in a nice way either.

We enjoyed the spot it was a good place to sleep and put our bags while we go out and about it rained so we stayed in doors and watched movies was comfy place to stay! I thought it was quite good for money but we weren't expecting a Hotel either. Spa was awesome. WiFi couldn't reach though but didn't mind. Would go again 😊

Had people visit from overseas so booked a room for 2 double beds, all arranged beforehand with the manager. Upon opening the room it was 1 king bed. Went to manager to ask why we didnt get the 2 double bed room we paid for, she said this was what they usually give for 2 adult bookings and argued I didnt ask for 2 doubles in the first place. When I asked if they even have 2 double room she said yes but that would be an extra 20 dollars. Really underhanded tactics for 20 dollars, would never recommend to anyone anymore.

It's a lovely place, which has spring water ! U can enjoy ur hot spring spa in ur own unit!

The whole place is pretty tired, you get what you pay for I suppose but even though a special rate was advertised out the front, the proprietor tried to charge at $10.00 more saying the cheaper price was a lesser room, when I said fine I'll take the lesser room, it was suddenly unavailable but I could have the standard room at the same price (dodgy!). I'm not that fussy so I was happy enough with the comfort and cleanliness and had no other issues but I wouldn't hurry back with the family. I never got to see the pool so can't comment on that.

The first time we went was great. The second time we shouted my sister and her partner a room for helping us out all those times. We paid extra for them to stay until 12pm.
But let's see, the spa didn't work, the utensils weren't all there. The free wireless wasn't accessible and they got a knock on the door at 10am saying time to check out! When they showed the man the receipt he said "but it doesn't say until 12pm" - even thought the normal charge is $90 and we paid $120 and that was clear on the receipt. The man's wife then kept asking them if they were going, even after MY wife called to remind them that we had paid extra for the late check out.

So, maybe they are good to go to IF there are no specifics you want, as the language barrier clearly failed this time.response / report this review
