Had the best views of any of the wineries I went to! The art inside and around the building was also cool. We didn't do the tasting but had a few cocktails. They weren't that great and were pretty expensive. The fries with aioli were also good

Shocking experience was moved more than once because we didn't make our mind up what food we wanted immediately. Was then asked to vacate the seats we had been seated in as they were for people buying food only. Very rude and ruined our experience left and went up the hill to mudbrick and a much more pleasant experience

Friendly, welcoming service, beautiful layout, lovely tasty platters and local oysters. The Waiheke Chardonnay was great. We’ll be back for the wood fired pizzas. 👍👍👍

Great place but unfortunately led down by poor service. We were a group and some of us did wine tasting while others had lunch. The waitress who served us was really nice. It was raining when we decided to leave so we waited for our cab inside at the front of the restaurant on the couches. Unfortunately, the lady at the front, I think manager or supervisor kept asking the waitress to move us- yes she was that obvious and rude. Then we got asked to leave and wait outside as they needed the couch back. Her approach was very disrespectful and actually quite demeaning. I personally bought a bottle of wine and used their services so didn't feel very valued for the way we made to leave! Not returning and will not be recommending to anyone! No one deserves to be treated this way.

The view is fantastic, so were the chips. Everything else not so much. Staff not enthusiastic at all, they didn’t ask how I wanted my meat so it came undercooked with 30% of it being fat. Very noisy. Tiny table. Quite pushy. Would not recommend or return here.

Food was delicious but for a rather expensive price for very little I find it not worth unless u have a lot of money. We ordered 3 dishes and 2 coffees for $85:00 .
As for the service I would say it wasn't so bad ..the reason we chose that place to eat was because they returned our lost item. They guy that lead us to our table was kind. They had very little workers for the amount of work so we waited for quite a while for our time to orderif your kind to them I'm sure they would do the same overall it was an experience i would never forget.☺ (view was beautiful 😍btw)response / report this review -

They really need to change the supervisor. She is so fake and not even smiling. The wine was good yet you feel down to get so bad guest service from the supervisor! We ordered a main course afterwords and that feels like we were tasting the food as well. It was so small and you need like 4 of them combine for a mail course.

I came with a group of friends and we spent alot of money and the employees/management did not treat us fairly. We did nothing wrong and it was the worst experience ever. The staff and management told us they do not recall us purchasing but the bus boy came and picked up of our wine glasses . We had beanbags and the bus boy aggressively spoke us and then told us we are not paying customers. But we were cause the Same busboy collected our wineglass. Completely rude and management did not do a thing .he patted his employee on the back after rudely speaking to my friends and I . I am appalled at this customer service. The busboy was disrespecting us and was going back and fourth with attitude. Ive never been discriminated in my life for being an American, the staff associated and assumed the worst of us when we did nothing wrong Honestly, dont come here even if it is your last option. It is not worth the mistreatment. Especially if you're an american.. go somewhere else!

One of the worst experiences I have encountered regarding hospitality, the waiter was pretentious and regarded me and my group as not valuable customers when sitting on the lawn. We each bought a glass of wine which was not worth the money but we were still asked to give away our bean bag chairs for 'paying customers'. Not worth the trip here, skip it.

View amazing and wine good, food pretty standard so a shame about the horrible service. Echoed from earlier reviews the staff couldn't care less. If you've got the patience of a saint and don't care about service/wait then come here.

A stunning vineyard setting with a great bar, open seating and a beautiful restaurant. We had an amazing duck breast. Great service. Ask about the hidden cellar private dining room

This is a great place to try out waiheke local wines. I went for them because other flavors can be tried different locations as well. Red wine was better then white. But that's just for my taste buds. Real wine lovers should try a glass of both types. Restaurant is very classy. Be dressed up to visit. This has great hill top island views.
