  Excellent customer service! We were looking for accommodation over NYE this year with pretty short notice and were struggling to find anything available or at a reasonable price. After a quick conversation with Kirtsy (sorry if the spelling is wrong), she managed to find us the perfect solution, very friendly and professional! A++

  Ashley and her team have been super helpful! These people know their activities and know what's best to do. They helped me plan my week with all the different activities but also let me know what the best places were to go out, have a bite and look at beautiful sceneries. If you don't know how or what to do in and around Queenstown or you're unsure, just go and see them! Best holidays in my life. Thanks happy travels/I center.
