Fabulous conference facility and brilliant staff. Helpful, friendly and courteous.

Great service - reception staff very efficient, offering to launder/press my business shirt on arrival and checking if I have a frequent flyer account for points on my departure. Good restaurant with full range menu (great steak!). Some refurbished rooms, others a bit tired, but clean and spacious. Rooms nearest road a bit noisy due to single glaze windows.

Its a good hotel.
Friendly staff.
My room was right next to the pool and a family decided to go for a swim at around 8:30 pm .lots of noise while i was getting ready for a early night in .
The draft stoppers or the insulation around the windows may need a change as i could hear all the street noise and the whistling sound of the wind blowing outside.response / report this review -

Older but reasonably modern hotel. Good spacious rooms well maintained. Good facilities; restaurant reasonable. Personally prefer this hotel to other more modern hotels in New Plymouth.
