  Room was comfortable. Mugs could use a good soak or replacement. Room to close to the pool and spa. Very high noise level.

  We had visitors from both Auckland, Brisbane, and New Plymouth, we booked a table for eight for dinner at 07:30pm. 20.May.2017
  On arrival the drinks area was packed out with red coated golfers and others in normal clothes. we managed to get drinks and survive the crush until 07;30pm. On entering the dining room we were ignored for 8mins, standing at the registration desk. After we obtained our table the waiting started. the complete meal and experience was ruined by the long wait times for table service, drinks at the table, and between courses, to show place the Auto lodge with such abysmal service for our visitors we were so embarassed. We have spent many a Saturday evening at Julianas when the service and atmosphere was excellent but not this time. Thats why we took our guests based on previous experience NEVER AGAIN

  The staff there are super friendly, we host our weekly Business Networking Group meetings there each Tuesday and the staff are so friendly and helpful when we are there.
