Disappointed with after sales. The UV bulb in my unit lasted about a week. I installed myself so possibly my own issue, but no offer to support an unhappy customer with a new unit that's not working. Response - Just pay the full bulb replacement of $180. So have ordered replacement bulb elsewhere online at 1/2 the price.
