Been several times now and the new menu is even better than before. Modern French cuisine at its best. Great location, wine list and staff. Staff friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

The menu changed recently, the two new french chefs are doing an excellent work. They are bringing this restaurant to an other level. I choosed the kiwi Hoyster, then angus, and to finish the red passion with choux à la crème perfect !

Might be the best meal and service I have had the chance to experience. Highlight of our time at the Bay of Islands!

Lovely, lovely meal last night and fabulous service. Cannot fault the presentation and made to feel very comfortable and welcome. It would have easily been five stars if they had an IPA (at least one) on offer (NZ had fabulous craft beers available) and a far better selection of wines by the glass. Dining drivers cannot typicallly drink more than a glass of wine.

    Outstanding.

Had dinner here and our expectations were far surpassed. This little restaurant is on par with the best in Auckland. The amuse bouche of whipped salmon was delicate and delicious. All of the meals were balanced and carefully considered, beautifully cooked and fresh. The chocolate tart served with orange sorbet is worth staying for.
