Surprisingly comprehensive for its small size. However didn't see any specifically vegan foods like tempeh or veg sausages. Do have dried lentils and tinned no-added-salt chickpeas and red beans.
Good reasonably priced wine.

A bit expensive but to be expected in a small rural Countdown. Good basic options for meals. But no fire wood sold here. Staff are nice and friendly.

In winter this place has cheap meat after about 7pm-esh. Nothing wrong with it.
This is just a small shop in town perfect for getting a few things but not for doing a weekly shop. For that go across town to the big supermarket. I would also go their to buy bread and milk

This has to be the smallest Count Down in NZ! Its about the size of your home garage.like no joke! Its a tourist attraction in itself! I forgot to take a photo, but thats small town NZ!

A small store with limited selection but has the essentials. No deli food available. Staff were friendly when I visited. I found it had a better selection of meat and veg than the 4 Square across the road and was cleaner and better laid out however the 4 Square is owned and run by locals who had excellent customer service and reasonable prices when I visited so that is my preferred choice.
