Stumbled across this place on the drive back from QT to CHC. Gorse burger is huge.

Very basic decor here, but friendly service and the kitchen produced great quality very tasty simple food on our trip through Haast both times this week, on a return trip to Queenstown. A pleasant and welcome surprise, well done!

Poor food choice, rude man working there, greasy fries, go to the shop behind or drive on a couple of mins to other options
