Awesome place to spend some time while you camp around the west coast. Very friendly staff. Amazing view and amazing facilities considering the price.

Check yourself in any time of day. Staff attend 9-10am to take payments but are also there at other times depending upon the season.
Camping sites have no power but they have a range on rooms, cabins and houses for hire. All accommodation is close to the sea with both sandy and rocky beaches.
We like the isolation 3km from the main road. Fantails flit around as when we walk outside. Pukeko, Paradise Duck, terns and other sea birds are also nearby. The roar of the crashing surf and the clear night sky are our companions at night.response / report this review -

Very beautiful place next to the sea and surrounded by mountains. Comfortable lounge with good Wi-Fi. Cheap. Popular among newzealanders
