  Terrible hotel with terrible service quality! Be careful when you present your credit card! You might get charged without your knowledge!

  Sam at the Reception is really friendly and nice and welcoming.

  Great place to stay. Bed was really comfortable and room was very clean. Staff were really accommodating and happy to help. Recommend this to anyone passing through Fox Glacier.

  We stayed here for 1 night in Feb, booked 2 rooms.
  The rooms were newly furnished, modern, clean, tidy, spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The facilities and amenties were also good. The staff were friendly and helpful, we were happy with this hotel and would recommend it.
