My dog Lola reckons its always a good time here and its very easy to make friends. I like how shes always exhausted afterwards and much less likely to start yelling at the neighbours in the night.

Well priced, great service for grooming and finally someone who knows how to groom Tibetan Spaniels!!! My floofs are always happy once they've been and look super cute in their necktie and flower adornments post groom.

Use them many year ago it was pretty
Good but now they have put new rules be ware of that rule it can cost you more than what you expect! It like people book hotel they have put the check in time and check out time. Be ware of that time frame otherwise it will occur the ridiculous price ! Not going back for me !

They built trust with my dog having showers and brushed she was scared one day I put her under the hose nd she did not run off scared great eye opener. They also do a great job grooming no fur all over the car when my dogs come from grooming. Professional

The place absolutely stinks!!! My customer feedback to the new owners would be to reduce the obvious overcrowding of dogs and to not have dogs opposite cats barking at the cats 24/7 as they will end up traumatized. The barking is extremely loud in the cats "room", where the cats are housed in quite small wooden boxes. Im surprised they didn't consider the effect of dogs barking at the cats all day and night personally but there is an appearance that the facility is very dog-centric so maybe cats are not a priority. Also more work on cleanliness will help with the dreadful smell. The staff are lovely though and its very handy to get to.

Reading some of more negative reviews I find it a bit hard to believe
some animals fret for their owners and don't eat , and the fleas well
when you have a group of animals together one or more might have fleas so I'd suggest
To any pet owner flea and worm your pet before mixing with others
to prevent this happening
In all fairness to Pets In the City they do a great Job keep up
the good work guys

Absolutely love and highly recommend this doggy daycare centre!

Our dog has been going here for 15+ months and we don't want to leave, it is on the mid to higher scale on the pricing unless you can get a concesssion card (buy a 10 day one and get a free bath but not with 5 day cards sadly) but the staff are wonderful, all of them, they look after all the animals well and let you know if absolutely anything is wrong or if your pet has been crook etc. They don't mind if your pet has been unwell etc if you ring them up just to make sure all is A OK. The staff get right in there and play with the dogs taking pics, playing with toys etc and it's nicely laid out with making sure all the correct dogs get along in their park based on size, age , breed, temperament etc.

Haven't boarded with them yet but hope too one day they book out very early for Xmas & New Years period so don't ring too late! Plus they have staff that stay at the centre with the boarders overnight which I really like. Anyway I could go on furever so great place, wonderful staff, lots of dogs, and neat cat areas! Worth every dollar! Our boy is always tired and happy when he comes home :-)

We've left our dog here on a number of occasions - they've done an amazing job! Tip: grab your four-legged friend a treat from the pick & mix selection at reception.
