Excellent service, this is the second time I have hired with Pegasus. They are cheap, their cars are clean and efficient and their service is excellent.

Great teamwork from Pegasus meant I was met at the airport by a friendly and iniformative rep who quickly put me in charge of a smart looking economical vehicle for an 18 day hire at a terrific rate. To my email enquiries their response time was quick and their content was comforting. Many thanks for a great hire experience and may this review help to attract good custom to you.

Very happy customer here. cheapest car rental in town, the car was excellent, at $21 per day. provided free transfers to and from my accommodation to pick-up/drop-off the car. Staff was friendly, efficient and professional. highly recommended. would definitely rent from them again!

The company communicated well with us by email and we collected our car from Dunedin Airport. The car was clean, in good condition, ran well and was reasonably priced. One thing that concerned us was that in the fine print it stated the car must be returned in clean condition or else a $75 cleaning fee might be charged. We put the car through the carwash at Milton, but wet roads meant it was dirty again by the airport when we returned it. However, it transpires that the fee is not charged for normal dirt but only if your baby has vomited over the upholstery etc. We'd be very happy to use Pegasus again.

Fantastic service, the team at Pegasus arranged pick up from my work place, car was clean and performed well. Friendly staff even dropped me back to my workplace. Easy booking service via internet. Would certainly recommend Pegasus to anyone wanting a rental in Dunedin.

Great service! Got picked up at my house early in the morning on a Sunday, did a quick paperworks and the car is out for hire. Very easy to book and quick processes with competitive prices. Very recommended!

Made hiring a van very easy. Arranged everything online and via email. So simple: stepped off plane, grabbed keys from info desk, went straight to vehicle, no mucking around with phone calls or paper work and when we left was as easy as parking the van and dropping keys into a slot. Thanks. After a bad experience, with a different company, in Australia, a few years ago, you've restored my faith in car rental companies.

Good service! We could pick up our car at the 2nd of January even though it was a public holiday. Easy to get in contact and even possible for last minute hire! The car we got was small, but perfect for the purpose we had to use it for. The only thing we didn't like was the navigation system, which was in Chinese so we didn't know how to program a route and we even couldn't figure out how to turn it off so sometimes the system was talking in Chinese (always the same message though)
