  When i booked a 4wd car and paid online i then found out once i arrived that i wouldnt be allowed that car because im under 25, even though other car rentals allow this. The price for a small hatch back was the same price as a more modern 4x4 elsewhere. Staff were rude. A $4000 excess for an accident even if i wasnt at fault or driving thw vehicle or even if it was parked and someone hit it. The same cover from a different company was $500 for a more modern vehicle. I then recieved 2 phone calls from a private number asking about my experience wich in no way would of helped either me or the rental company. I had to pay a 200 dollar bond for stone chips or if i chipped the windscreen, which at the same time an asian gentlemen was told he had to pay 150 upfront to cover the costs of the possibility of damaging the car. It seemed a perfect example of a company trying to take advantage of tourists who dont speak english.
  I will never reccomend this company or anyone affiliated with them i would give them 0 stars if i could. I just hope other holiday goers read this and immediately change there mind.

  Best car rental experience ever! Trish and the team were very helpful in helping us get an awd ute to go skiing for the weekend and at the last minute. Their rates saved us money over my gold membership at Hertz and they even dropped my wife off at the hotel as she arrived earlier than I from Sydney. Car was very clean and fun to drive. A true five star experience and highly recommend to Enterprise Queenstown to anyone looking for valye and friendly service.
