I was not happy with my service, neither was my father.
I went into pascoes shop with my 8 yr old sister and father.
I bought a seahorse charm and a heart( both gold) and we both used 25$ gift vouchers and on both of them, there was $1.80, so i asked the lady if i could have the 1.60 in cash and she could keep my gift voucher. she said no. for crying out loud, Im only 10 and she was that rude to 2 little girls.
I will never ever go back to Pascoes ever again and i do not recomend it to anyone!

I'm not sure why there are bad reviews, all I can imagine is it was busy Christmas shopping and the staff was over stretched. I went there today and had wonderful service. The lady that served me was friendly and pleasant to deal with and gave me a good discount off the pendant I purchased. I would definitely go back happily A+ :)

I am VERY dissapointed with the customer service I received from this store.
I took 3 very precious watches (gifts from family members) to have the batteries changed. No one has bothered to ring me as to advise when the watches would be ready.
I have gone in person and rung to ask for updates. The staff including the Manager are very unorganized. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to any of my friends or family.
