Ordered a light that was on special and was told that it would take a while to come in and was given a raincheck. Light took longer to come into store than expected but salesperson found one in Wellington and had it couriered at a cheaper price than original. When I got the light home and opened it found that it had been damaged despite the store having opened it to check. When I took it back there was no hesitation about replacement which took around 10 days. Top service all round. Thanks Jacques, everything handled professionally, best service ever.
