Walk in here today it was a very bad experiencestaff have no ideas about customers service, the other side a very upset customers shouting for his refund and the lady on till can't even handle the situation or just give his money backhonestly refund for customers is very simple and easy if customers are not happy with the product, or just don't want itI feel for this customer today I hope he gets his refund in full and he's 100% rightwell I left with out getting what I was going there.

I have bought 4 rugs from Rugs & More and have been very happy with all of them.It's great to have something that is exactly the right size and color in our home. I would expect some sort of discount when buying my next rug from you guys. We are so pleased with our rugs & will surely return again.

It has been 6 months since I bought my rug & and I'm very delighted with the rug.
I was looking for quite a unique & different rug so I went to Rug& More. My need was a rug which could have all the colors to match my furnishing & furniture. I was amazed at the range of colors and styles they have in their shop. Oh my god I was blown away with the selection of rugs and their prices. So was able to find my perfect rug in perfect size with colors to match my decor & furniture. I not only found the right rug but also the right price. After purchase, even their helpful staff helped me to put the rug in my car.

At first I was very impressed with the range and price of rugs, and service provided by Rugs & More Manukau. Then over time (5-6 months), the rug we had purchased started having issues (cotton constantly coming out of the rug and leaving a mess around the house), I took it back for a new rug - which they happily swapped. Once again this rug did the same thing, but not for 5 months. This time when I returned the rug - Rugs & More were unwilling to exchange or refund as we were two days past the one year warranty of the original rug purchased. They initially said they would look into repairing the rug for us which we were satisfied with. I'm yet to hear from them, after trying to chase this up. I warn anyone who goes there to check the quality of rugs before purchasing - and keep checking for loose fibres.
