  A stunning view but the room needed a good clean and an update especially the shower. I would not stay again until that is done.

  Beauuuuuuutiful stunnin view but thats it.
  
  The Owner was grumpy as when i startex to question things.
  
  1: The fone didnt work to reception and i had staff in 6 units paying alot of $$$$$.
  2: We asked for more tea bags and only got 2 pwr day ffs..We stayed 3 weeks.2 fkn tea bags what a joke Panorama.
  
  3: We asked for more towels and got one.Disa-fukn-pointing big time.
  
  4 The cleaner refused to get me a fresh towel and for my staff.."Not my job she reckons". FFS then whos job is itYou were doing everything else.
  
  5:Was asked to enter premises very quietly which we all did because we worked nightshift.Buuuuut then the fukn customers made a huge noise in the morning and woke us all up..Somevery grumpy staff i had by midweek..
  
  6: What a fukn joke..Piss poor, ratshit, reluctantly to top us up when required but all of us were from out of town.
  
  7: When i pulled my staff out of there and relocated them the OWNERS attitude changed abd she tried being all nice.Too fukn late sorry lady you've pissed alot of us off.
  
  8: So we relocated to the Lobster Inn on the Main Road Nth and shared our piss poor experience with management.
  We got the Royal treatment and as much internet, tea, coffee, milk, smiles, goid mornings, fresh linen as we needed Soooooo im suggesting dont stay at Panorama, ahes a tight arse grumpy owner who will rip u off and
  treat you like you owe her..

  The best views. Attractive units. Comfortable beds. Have been coming for 25 years and will stay again and again. Still great quality and well kept up. (Except the laundry facilities).

  "Yes we have WIFI"
  then i learned it was only 100MB
  Each additional 100MB was $5, a total rip off

  We love the employees, we love the cleanliness, the facilities, everything. We stop here every time we drive to Nelson which is about every 3-4 months. Our doggies are welcome, ALWAYS! We love this motel and the price is fair. 😍
