  Very nice owner kind enough to offer us when another motel (Donegal House) refused to check us in on a valid booking. The golf course and the view were tremendous, and the room was quiet and heated up.

  Amazing little retreat! Staff is so friendly and went out of the way to make us feel welcome. The views are amazing and the chef made a great dinner for us with the fish and crayfish we brought back from the fishing charter earlier that day. The gold course is well maintained and wasn't too wet or swampy even from two days of rain before we got to play.

  Fantastic hosts, great location. Can't beat the views across the golf course. The food at the restaurant is absolutely amazing, not to be missed.

  I have been coming to Kaikoura for a long time and this is EXACTLY what it needed! Something good. What a place! A real gem! You have to see this place, photos cannot capture what you will see here! Shannon is a great host, fantastic service and Vivian is an amazing chef, food will never be the same for you after you taste his creations! Extra good if you like golf or having a drink by the fire. Will definitely be back!

  Divine fine dining! High end fittings in the room, unlimited game of golf in such a beautiful course... Beautiful scenery, a serene peaceful place, access to walk path... What else you would expect?
