Exceptional͏ Service!
We recently bought a home listed with Mike. He has been wonderful to deal with, and it's obvious that he puts so much in to do the best for people with the late nights and long hours worked. You get the feeling nothing's a problem. It's clear that agents work for their Vendors, but with his genuine nature, right from the start we felt like it was a trustworthy relationship and when some issues arose with the house we were able to have the confidence that Mike and his vendor will have it fixed prior to settlement, the works already booked in. Knowledgeable,͏ hardworking and a pleasure to deal with.
We have purchased twice and sold twice with Marchelle (which pretty much says it all!). The two sales were the same property - it flooded a week before settlement and the buyers were unable to proceed with the purchase. Marchelle was with us every step of the way until the house was rebuilt and ready to sell again. Both times Marchelle did a fantastic job marketing the property and had it sold for us in record time. This͏ is the second time we have engaged Mike in the sale of a property. The first time was a straightforward matter in which there were no issues. The second time was different. From the time of accepting an offer to going unconditional, it seemed the purchaser and their representatives were doing everything they could to be 'awkward'. Mike provided advice and effective counsel when I was tempted to just walk away from the 'deal'. We have now gone unconditional and I have no hesitation about recommending Mike and One Agency to anyone considering property sales. What͏ looked daunting made easy
Mike͏ was professional right from the first phone call and that settled my nerves. he knew the market and the package he put together made us think we are in good hands.
His predictions played out exactly as detailed and a pretty quick sale eventuated at the going market rate.
He was on to any issues and dotted all the "I's" and crossed every "T".

10/10 would use Mike again if we were to sell again
We always thought if we were selling our house we'd just sell privately, but opted to sell via Mike as it would make the whole transition easier given we were buying a property he was selling and gave us a single point of communication between all relevant parties. As it happened we listed just as the market turned sideways with the new credit reforms and our sale did take a lot longer than we had hoped. Mike functioned as much as a counsellor as a real estate agent for us through the process and when we had some technical complications at the pointy end of our sale his connections, problem solving and liaising with all the relevant parties was a complete life saver. If we were ever to sell again we'd go straight to Mike again without hesitation.
