  I'm a student in Christchurch, when the owners decided to sell, we were all very confused. Louise helped us understand what was happening, the next steps in the process and made sure we were at the forefront of the decisions made. Even when the flat's property management wouldn't get things fixed, Louise was a lovely communicator between us, the landlords and the property managers. We are all very thankful!

  Louise has been nothing short of amazing right from the start. She held our hands throughout the entire process, even through the bumps that we had, she was always in our corner and put our interests first. We really appreciate all the time and effort she put into helping us sell our property and we couldn't be happier with the result.

  We have been tenanted with FN property for 4 years, and Andrew Main was our property manager, we'd give him a 5 stars rate for his service. Communication was always effective and his responses were efficient as well. He sent handyman to us when needed, he arranged fire alarm maintainance, he provided paperwork when tenancy renewal. Whenever you need him, he was always there to help. We would love to recommend FN property and Andrew himself to anyone who is considering to tenant with them.

  We asked Glen to find us a tenant for our property. The whole process with Glen was excellent. From talking to our vacating tenant to arranging advertising and viewings, showing prospective tenants through and identifying an excellent new tenant for us very quickly, Glen was very professional in everything he did. We are very happy with the result and would have no hesitation in recommending Glen for your property needs.

  Nathan is the one the best Property manager I have ever come across in housing experience.
  One of the best qualities he has is he gives a fair chance to tenant to work around the problems and he is the only one who knows how to work with the customer.
  He is the best one he deserves 10 stars not even 5 stars.
  Best luck for future challenges.
