Nice place with interesting and tasty food options. The bratwurst on the menu was actually a bockwurst, but yummy nevertheless! I didn't get to try the coffee but the smoothie was good and not sweet.

New owners. Shocked to see what used to be my favorite and one of NZ'S best must stop and enjoy a great coffee, lunch, or beer has become. Very sad to see super bubbly staff , great food and fresh healthy foods gone even replaced with lollies and meat pies. Hope the doward changes are reversed out some time. :(

I loved the cozy atmosphere here. The staff were friendly and the food was stunning. The cabinet food as well as the menu items were amazing. Our group ordered from both cabinet and menu. Coffee was delicious. The retail component of this establishment meant that we had fun exploring while chatting and then dining. Super.

I would move to Okere Falls to name this place my local. Amazing food & coffee, friendly people, beautiful setting, and they're eco-conscious in the process. Definitely go here!

A laid back and friendly atmosphere, with a beer garden style bar. A lot of German beers plus some boutique brewery beers. Many craft style foods and beverages for sale. Simple lunch, evening meals and hot drinks available.

I have to be honest, my history and nostalgia from this place goes way back to when the gas station was pumping and we would go across the lake to get gas for the boat and an ice cream. Gas is gone and now there is a great cafe, good beer, ice cream and a bunch of interesting food. A nice garden out the back to enjoy and even composting facilities ;) so green!
