Better to get a deal if you see it online as you'd most probably only last 15mins max inside. Good short activity though. Bartender was awesome! And lovely and helpful staff

Obviously, it's very cold! Our visit was made by good conversation with the bartender and two for one drinks at the normal bar next door.

It was a fun atmosphere and fruit juice cocktails were free for my 12 year old and the cocktails for me were great. I would go there again.

Super Cool! Real nice cocktails and awesome experience. Could only stay there for 20 mins as it got too cold for my hands and feet. Great staff and reasonable prices. A must do.

ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT experience. In 13 years over here, it's only the second time I have been reminded of Scotland. Brought back memories of going out for the night in Glasgow in the winter.

It's the smaller of the 2 in Queenstown but it's the better by far.
The ice glasses your cocktails are served in are much thicker and don't melt when you take a sip of them like the other ice bar ones do.
The cocktail choices are larger and they even do shots here.
Alexia the bartender was friendly and helpful. Also cleaned the floor repeatedly when we were there. The other ice bar you stick to floor as they don't bother to clean much.response / report this review -

Wonderful and superb experience. For Asian people like me, it is a must experience. Drinking in minus 5 was fun. A bit overcrowded but I guess that helps keep the room a bit warmer. Their cocktails are great. Staff are polite and professional. Kids friendly bar, my 3 year old son enjoyed it, they even have non-alcoholic drinks for kids.
