I was in a room next to the main road so it was really noisy 😫 needed ear plugs. The people were nice but a very basic place to stay at.

I had to lift the ranch slider to shut it. The room was in poor condition and badly needed a paint. Quite a lot of mold in the bathroom walls and ceiling. No latch on bathroom window so couldn't shut it. Multiple Cigarette burns on bedspread. Booked a spa room but the hot water ran out before even getting to the jets. Broken light switch and multiple bulbs that didn't work. Complained and was told management would be in touch but heard nothing. Other customers were also complaining about their room as I was checking out. I have been traveling multiple times a week for work for 13 years, this was the worst room I've seen.

Okay but could be better. Best thing is the genuinely quiet location despite being close to the city centre. Spa bath okay but rather dated. I moved to another motel in the same street for my successive nights in Hamilton

Outdated rooms, loud heater, bad customer service. Walked into reception wasn't greeted or spoken too after saying hello and what my booking Was, first thing that was said to me was asking for my credit card. Not really good enough.
Booked for a spa room paid then went to the room to find out it was the wrong room then went back to reception got refunded the difference then the door locks didn't work on the room so got move again.
The rooms are nothing fancy very run down and outdated. Tbh paying 105 for this place is too much when i stayed at two places the nights before for the same price and they were alot better and had great service.
There are plenty of motels around in hamilton id recommend trying your luck somewhere else.response / report this review -

Exceptional rooms since they just renovated. Staff is friendly. Will stay here again since the location is perfect as well.

Crowded, noisy corner location, strong smelling cheap air freshner, leave windows open or suffer, eg Fiji taxis

Very disappointing stay. I know it's on the cheaper end of the scale but it dosnt justify service and condition. There was a massive hole in the bathroom roof. The door frames rotten, holes in the wall the sheets were stained. The towels supplied looked like rags. The road is very noisey. The pictures DO NOT look like the rooms. Would not stay here again.
