  Spectacular views of the mountains, which to me looked like chocolate cake topped with meringue. The pilots were friendly and the plane was comfortable. On the downside, we were told to arrive at 9am but had to wait around for an hour til the flight at 10

  The flight over the southern alps from queenstown to milford sound was truly scenic.the return journey was even better with a dramatic landing on a farming patch converted to a landing runway at glenorchy.

  We chose the perfect day and the perfect company. I along with my wife and daughter and 83 year old mother did the Milford Fly - Cruise - Fly/Dart River Safaris Combo and it took up the entire day.
  Day started by being picked up at the motel and being taken to airport. Our pilot greeted us and he was a very professional friendly guy. he briefed all passengers well and explained that it could be bumpy at times. The flight did have some bumps but overall it was an amazing flight with great views, and the pilot gave us regular commentary.
  Arrived at Milford Sounds and had a pleasant cruise although quite disappointed not to be able to purchase any good breakfast food. Coffee on boat is just instant. In fact we had to wait a few more hours before eating and we hadn't eaten prior to leaving on trip.
  Back on the plane and fly to Glenorchy to do the Dart Jet wilderness trip. this too was great. Again at Glenorchy, food was a problem as the cafes were slow and many people in town and we had a bus to catch.
  The entire day was perfect other than the food problem.
  We recommend this trip but do take your own food.

  They were very accomodating, they had to cancel our flight due to technical issues and booked us immediately for the next day. Flight was very smooth and the views spectacular. Once we arrived at the sound we were brought to our cruise which is AMAZING! If you don't want to drive to the sound and want another view of the area I would definitely recommend going through Milford flights.

  We did the flight, cruise, flight, dart combo and it was a fantastic day. We had amazing views of the landscape and mountains from the plane, a nice medium size ship to cruise around Milford Sound with tea and coffee on board, and the Dart river tour gave us a bit of an adrenaline rush!

  Wonderful experience. Try it! you wont be disappointed! The Fly Cruise Fly Jet boat combo was so much fun!
