  Difficult to book through website or email (website created problems, team by email said they had fixed the booking but it actually didn't change on the system, and only worked out because I happened to go into the store in person). Bus driver was rude. The staff in the office itself were polite and helpful though.

  8am bus trip booked. Arrived at 830. Then stops at kiwi discovery for 20 minutes. Got the mountain at 945. Waste of time and money. Use NZ SKI instead.

  TERRIBLE AND IRRESPONSIBLE TRAVEL AGENCY!!!!!
  
  I and my friend travelled to new jealand last month, and booked milford sound cruise tour via kiwi discovery.
  we were very excited for it, but the kiwi discovery tour completely ruined our experience in new jealand.
  we got on the tour bus in the morning, and had cruise tour in the afternoon.
  it was a rainy day, but the bus driver kindly stopped a couple times for scenery photo shots.
  each time was a brief stop, so we usually took out camera and came back to bus seats.
  but at one stop, i and my friend were taking pictures right in front of the bus, but the bus STARTED TO RUN WITH OUT US.
  we were terrified, and started to run and scream like crazy for like 100-200m.
  luckly someone in the bus saw us and let the bus stop.
  but I dropped my sunglasses while I was running, but couldn't find it because I was too terrified that bus might leave me again.
  everything was on the bus, including our bags, phones, wallets, even passports!!!
  we complained to KIWI discovery about the driver being totally irresponsible and abandoned us in the middle of no where, and we might have lost without any of our belongings!
  KIWI, at first, apologized to us, saying it should have never happened, and will discuss how they could compensate for my sunglasses.
  but after we emailed SO MANY TIMES, all they said was they were sorry, but there's nothing they could do. ask travel insurrance company for the compensation.
  
  terrible terrible travel agency!!!!! don't even count if everyone is on the bus!!!
  you might get lost in the middle of great nature and only get one sorry from them.
  DO NOT RECOMMEND KIWI DISCOVERY AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!
